Welcome to Bangkok!
After retrieving your luggage, please exit customs through exit C to the arrivals
hall and turn left to gate 10, your guide/representative will be waiting for you
near this gate holding a signboard with your name.
Guests will be transferred from Suvarnabhumi Airport to Bangkok
Hotel accompanied by their guide in the comfort of a private, air - conditioned
vehicle.
Please note standard check-in time for hotels in Thailand is after 14:00 hr.

MAR 16 HALF DAY GRAND PALACE & WAT PHO
You will be picked up at 08:00. The seat of Thailand's revered Royal family for
more than 200 years, the Grand Palace is one of Bangkok's most spectacular
and popular attractions.
This half-day tour gives guests the time to explore this impressive complex of
temples, palaces, pavilions and museums. One must-see attraction is the
enchanting Emerald Buddha, which, according to legend, is almost 2000 years
old.
After the Grand Palace, the tour continues to nearby Wat Pho - Bangkok’s
oldest temple and arguably it’s most impressive. Home to the magnificent 45-
meter-long reclining Buddha, Wat Pho is also a place of learning, having served
as Thailand's first school of traditional medicine and Thai massage.

Note: Appropriate dress is required for a visit to palaces and temples. Shorts, mini-
skirts, tight fitting trousers, sleeveless shirts or vests, and sandals are NOT
allowed.

The Temple, the main grounds will be open every day year-round from 08.30 -
15.30
The Palace, covering the museum and exhibitions, will be closed on certain
dates, normally Thai public holidays
The Chapel, the chapel housing the Emerald Buddha statue, will be closed on
certain dates, normally Thai public holidays
- Grand Palace is one of the most popular destinations and is usually a number
one must-see place in Bangkok. Not surprisingly, it receives millions of tourists
annually. To get the best of your visit and avoid crowds on spot we will allow
your guide flexibility to visit the temple either early morning or late afternoon if
possible in your itinerary. If you by any means decide that there are too many
people for your liking, the guide can bring you to an alternative temple in the
area such as Wat Saket or Wat Suthat, this decision needs to be made before
entering the Grand Palace.
MAR 17 BANGKOK – KANCHANABURI W/ RIVER KWAI
You will be picked up at 07:00 hr The tour starts with the morning pick up from
your hotel. Drive out of Bangkok for 3 hours towards Kanchanaburi for a great
journey to the famous bridge on the River Kwai built by Allied prisoners of war
during World War II. The tour includes a visit to the war cemetery, the Railway
Museum and the Thailand Burma Railway Centre Museum as well as a one-
hour local train ride through Kwai Noi gorge with the stunning, panoramic view
of the River Kwai.
Return to Bangkok late afternoon.

MAR 18 BANGKOK – CHIANG MAI
You will be transferred from Bangkok Hotel to Suvarnabhumi Airport
accompanied by their guide in the comfort of a private, air- conditioned vehicle.
Flight from Bangkok to Chiang Mai is NOT included.
After retrieving your luggage continue on to the Domestic Arrivals hall (Meeting
Point A in front of Gates 1-2) to find your guide holding a signboard with your
name.

MAR 19 WAT PHRA THAT DOI SUTHEP & CITY TEMPLES
Be picked up at 08:00 and explore both the old and modern sides of Chiang
Mai, discovering its most sacred Buddhist monuments.
Once inside the old city walls, be captivated by the eclectic mix of markets,
traditional houses, majestic foreign consulates, and modern edifices. See locals
on their way to or from the pagodas and take note of the small spirit shrines
tucked alongside family homes. Then, continue away from the city and enjoy a
winding, uphill drive to Doi Suthep Mountain. Climb the staircase of Wat Phra
That Doi Suthep, admiring the intricate naga carvings along the way. Upon
reaching the top, explore the 14th-century pagoda, where local devotees come
to pay homage and pray. Wander around the towering gilded stupa and take a
moment to enjoy the views of Chiang Mai in the distance.
Return down the mountain and continue along the spiritual trail to Wat Jed Yod.
See how the architectural styles of Laos, India, China, and Lanna are blended
together in this 14th-century temple. Get up close to the seven spires to admire
the incredible carvings of celestial beings and other ornate decorations.
The final visit of the day is to Wat Suan Dok, where a 48-meter golden chedi
marks this holy site, built in the Sri Lankan style. Learn why Wat Suan Dok is
popular with local Buddhists, discover its unique Buddha relic, and wander
around the mausoleum where the ashes of Chiang Mai’s royal family are
interred.
This insightful and spiritual Chiang Mai temple tour ends with a transfer back to
the hotel

You will be picked up at 18:00. Your guide will meet you and transfer by private
car to the night market. Every evening, the centre of Chiang Mai comes alive
with colorful night markets. Few people visit the city without picking up a few
bargains at their lively streets. Your guide will escort you through the labyrinth
of stalls selling everything from local crafts to fun imitation goods. Choose from
an astonishing variety of souvenirs, sample the smoothness of the colorful silk
on sale everywhere, have a suit measured and ready for your collection the
following evening, and browse exquisite Asian silver jewelry and beads. A great
way to practice your bargaining skills! Transfer by private car back to the hotel.

MAR 20 CHANG CHILL ELEPHANT SANCTUARY
Pick up will be between 07:30 and 08:00 (depending on the hotel’s location) for
the approximately one and a half hour drive to Chang Chill Sanctuary. After an
introduction and safety briefing, meet the resident elephants and follow the guide
through the forest to observe the elephants from a safe distance. Learn from the
mahouts about the elephants' behaviors and interesting facts about their lives,
such as how they eat, sleep, and live. Following this, it will be time to feed the
elephants using feeding tubes.
A Thai vegetarian lunch will be served at the camp.
In the afternoon, take a walk through the camp's herb garden to learn about the
medicinal properties of various plants and gather ingredients to prepare healthy
supplements for the elephants. End the day with a conversation with the mahouts
and learn about how they came to care for the elephants and the importance of
elephants in Thai culture. Depart for Chiang Mai around 15:00.

Notes:
• Private transfers with a join-in activity.
• There is a short hike (approximately 20 minutes) to the sanctuary, View
Doi camp over uneven and undulating terrain. Please note that this may
not be suitable for those who require assistance with walking. For those
with walking difficulties, we will arrange a visit to the Hillside camp instead,
and the pick-up time will be between 08:00 and 08:30.
• Please note this is an observation camp only and no physical contact with
elephants is included.
MAR 21 CHIANG MAI - PHUKET
Guests will be transferred from Chiang Mai Hotel to Chiang Mai Airport
accompanied by their guide in the comfort of a private, air- conditioned vehicle.
Flight from Chiang Mai to Phuket is NOT included.
After retrieving your luggage continue to the Domestic Arrivals hall (Exit 1) to
find our representative holding a signboard with your name. **Please stay inside
the building, do not wait outdoors.
Guests will be transferred from Phuket Airport to Phuket Hotel accompanied by
their guide in the comfort of a private, air- conditioned vehicle.

MAR 22 COOKING CLASS AT BLUE ELEPHANT
Pick up at 08:00. Start your Thai culinary journey with a visit to Phuket’s morning
market, where you'll learn how to select and purchase the perfect ingredients
for your personal cooking lesson at the Blue Elephant Cooking School,
renowned for its royal Thai cuisine. After the market visit, a theory class will be
conducted, during which the instructor will explain essential culinary techniques
and demonstrate each dish step by step. You will then begin cooking a variety
of popular Thai dishes under the guidance of a qualified Thai chef. class
concludes with a meal at the Blue Elephant’s charming restaurant, where you'll
enjoy your own creations along with additional Thai dishes.

The day is free at leisure.
MAR 24 FAREWELL DINNER AT BAAN RIM PA
You will be picked up at 18:00. Make your Phuket night pleasurable and most
delightful at Baan Rim Pa Restaurant, and we will arrange the best table
possible to suit all your needs. We will provide a car and driver with an English
speaking escort to pick you up and then take you back to your hotel afterwards.
Time: 18:00-22:00

- Escort guide does not eat with clients. Restaurant must be predominated
before the pick-up is arranged.
